To ensure the traceability of your implants and the follow-up of your restorations, your dental surgeon will give you an "implant passport" at the end of your treatment, in which the brand, type of implant, diameter will be written in detail. but also the serial numbers of the implants, expiration date, etc. This passport will be stored carefully and forwarded to your GENERAL PRACTITIONER for possible maintenance follow-up.
